Over the past few decades I have sold over 1000 properties. The knowledge I have garnered from each transaction translates into my clients making wise decisions whether buying or selling. Personally I have renovated homes, built new and have owned property in various areas around Louisville and surrounding counties. Born and raised in Louisville, I have an in depth knowledge of the subdivisions and all that the city offers with regards to attractions and events year round. My expertise is identifying potential issues in homes that may arise during inspections or even affect financing. Although I love my job and work every day, I do enjoy spending time on the Ohio River, gardening, and playing with my dog Phoebe in my spare time! I am the proud parent of my daughter Jessie who practices real estate with me and assists with running the company too! My goal is to make transactions as stress-free as possible from start to finish, by handling all of the details and assist people in making sound decisions.
